- 1 carrot
- Japanese Rice
- Vinegar
- sugar
- salt
- 1 cucumber
- Sheet Nori
- Bamboo Rolling mat
- White and Black Sesame
METHOD:
SuSHI RICE
- Cook 1 Cup Rice (How to cook Asian Rice in a Pot (without Rice Cooker)
- Add 2 spoon Vinegar, 1 spoon sugar, halt salt, Heated White and Black Sesame
- Make the Rice cool
Others
- Put the Sushi rice on the Bamboo Rolling mat
- Put the Sheet Nori on the top of Sushi Rice
- Put the peeled and unseeded cucumber, and cooked carrot on the top of Sheet Nori
- Roll, and cut
