INGREDIENTS and Extra Cookware

  • Vegetable Broth
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper, 1 Red Pepper, 1 Yellow Pepper 
  • 15 strips of beans
  • 1 Cabbage
  • Rice Veniger
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt 
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Chinese noodles

PREP

Sauce: 1 bowl of Vegetable Broth mixes with 1 spoon Salt, 1 spoon Sugar, 2~3 Spoon Soy Sauce, 1 spoon Rice Veniger 

METHOD

  1. Heat oil and put Garlic, onion for 3 mins
  2. Add slices of beans, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, cabbage for 5 mins
  3. Add the sauce and cook for 3 mins 
  4. Add prep noodles and cook for 3 mins
