INGREDIENTS and Extra Cookware
- Vegetable Broth
- Garlic
- Onion
- 1 Green Pepper, 1 Red Pepper, 1 Yellow Pepper
- 15 strips of beans
- 1 Cabbage
- Rice Veniger
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oil
- Chinese noodles
PREP
Sauce: 1 bowl of Vegetable Broth mixes with 1 spoon Salt, 1 spoon Sugar, 2~3 Spoon Soy Sauce, 1 spoon Rice Veniger
METHOD
- Heat oil and put Garlic, onion for 3 mins
- Add slices of beans, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, cabbage for 5 mins
- Add the sauce and cook for 3 mins
- Add prep noodles and cook for 3 mins
