INGREDIENTS
Top left and right: Bay leaves and Mustard seeds
Top Left to Right: Cumin seeds
Turmeric
Cumin Powder
Down Left to Right:Coriander Powder
Red Chili Powder Garam Masala
Instruction
- Put 1 spoon Cumin seeds 2 spoons Mustard seeds and 1 Bay leaves and cook for 2 mins
- Put Garlic slices and onion cook for 2 min (PIC A)
- Add Slices potatoes( Aloo) and for 2 mins with high flame.
- Add Masala( 0.5 spoon Turmeric, 1 spoon Cumin Powder, 1 spoon Coriander Powder, 1 spoon Red Chili Powder) and cook for 5 min with high flame (PIC B)
- Cover the pan and cook 4 mins with medium high flame. ( add 5 spoon water)
- Open the lid and cook 10 mins with medium flame. (PIC C)
- Put the lid on again and cook 4 mins.
- Open the led and add 1 spoon Garam Masala
- and 1 spoon black pepper and cook 1 min. (PIC D)
