Turn on instant pot to saute mode and melt the butter. Cook onion with salt to soft and add tomatoes for few mins. Put the pasta, veggies and add water to cover the noodles. Put the lid on and press the “pressure cook” for 3 mins. And now we can prepare the pesto sauce!
Pesto sauce please check Vegan Pesto Pasta. I just give it shortly. Toast Pine nuts for 3-5 mins. Combine Olive oil, pine nuts, garlic into the blender. Combine Salt、Basil in to the blender.
Then mix the pasta with pesto together. Then food is ready to serve! 

Ingredients

Instant pot(IP)、Basil、Onion、Tomatoes、Frozen veggies、orange pepper、yellow Zucchini
