INGREDIENTS:
- Golden Grain Bowties (1~2 serves)
- 10 Grapes Tomatoes
- 1 Garlic, 0.5 Red Onion
- Mixed Vegetables(Corn、Green beans、Peas)
- Tofu
- Pesto Sauce、Olive Oil, Basil
- Pine Nuts (80g)
- Olive oil ( 200l)
- 1 Garlic, 1 spoon Pepper sauce, Salt
- Sweet basil( One plate), Basil (4 leaves)
METHOD:
Pesto Sauce
- Toast Pine nuts for 3-5 mins
- Combine Olive oil, pine nuts into the blender
- Combine Black Pepper、Salt、Sweet basil、Basil in to the blender
- Put Olive oil over the top to preserve the fresh
Others
- Put the Slices Tofu and stir fry with Olive Oil until golden surfaces ( What’s the Golden surfaces of Tofu, please check the Link)

Remove Tofu, and Stir in the Grapes Tomatoes and Mixed Vegetables with Onion for 10 mins

Boil the pasta on to cook

Stir Pesto Pasta, Grapes Tomatoes, Mixed Vegetables and Onion together
