INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Paneer
- Frozen Veggies
- Black pepper
- Turmeric
- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
- Cumin seeds
PREP
- Mix paneer cubes with 1 spoon each black pepper, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Salt, and few oil
- Marinate paneer cubes at least 20 mins
- Put frozen veggies into cold water at least 20 mins
METHOD
- Heat oil and then add 1 spoon Cumin seedsfor 2 mins
- put marinated paneer cubes for 5 mins
- Add melted veggies and cook for 5 mins
