The research shows oatmeal is great for lactation. And it’s very helpful for me!
So recently I’m taking as much as fresh oatmeal ( I’ll share with recipe later) & oatmeal chips cookies. You could buy cookies easily in the market but the taste is more sweet.
However if you’re not breast-feeding mom, it’s a great healthy snack for your daily!

2. Method
- Stir everything into a bowl. If the mixture is too wet, you can add more dry oatmeal in.
