INGREDIENTS
- 1 eggplant
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 5 mushrooms
- few thyme
- nutmeg
- 0.5 Onion
- 3 slices garlic
- 30g lentil
- Salt
- 65 g butter
- 80 milk
- 40g flour
- 1 Bay leaf
Prep
- Sweet potato: Cook 10 mins each side
- Eggplant: cook 1.5 mins each side
- Zucchini: cook 3 mins each Side
- Mushroom: cook 3 mins
- lentil: Mix Lentil and water: 1:3 and put into pressure cooker and wait 20 times “beep”
Moussaka Sauce
- Stir fry garlic, onion, carrot for 10 mins
- Add tomato sauce and cooked lentil, few thyme for 20 mins
Bachemel Sauce
Layer
- Pour oil in the ground layer
- Put sweet potato in the 1st layer
- Put eggplant in the 2nd layer
- Put mushroom in the 3rd layer
- Put moussaka sauce in the 4th layer
- Put bachemel sauce in the 5th layer
- Put cucumber sauce in the 6th layer
- Put bachemel sauce in the 7th layer
Oven
- Pre-heat the oven with 450F
- Bake 1 hour until the surface is brown
