INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup dried miyeok,
- 0.5 onion
- 4 slices of garlic
- Vinegar
- sugar
- soy sauce
- salt
- lemon
METHOD:
Dressing
2 spoons soy sauce, 2 spoons Vinegar, 1 spoon sugar, half spoon salt, 1 lemon mix together
Others
- Boil the dried miyeok for 3~4 mins and remove the water
- Add the slices onions, garlic and dressing sauce
- Keep in the refrigerator for a day
