INGREDIENTS
- Bean Thread Noodles (1~2 人份)
- 2 spoon soy sauce
- Sesame seed oil
- 2 X Eggpants
- 2 spoon Rice wine
- 1 Tofu
- Mint( or Basil)
- 5 Slices Garlic
- 1 Red Chili
- 5 slices Ginger
- Sugar
- Salt
METHOD
- Make Bean Thread Noodles to soft and boil for five minutes. And put the lid, turn off fire to 10 mins (PIC A)
- Put the Slices Tofu and stir fry with Sesame seed Oil until golden surfaces ( What’s the Golden surfaces of Tofu, please check the Link) (PIC B)

Remove the Tofu and Cook Ginger, Garlic with Sesame oil for 7 mins
- Add slices eggplants for 5 mins and add Tofu
- Add 2 spoon Soy sauce,2 spoon Rice Wine,1 spoon Sugar for 10 mins
- Add Mint, Red Chili for 3 mins(PIC C)
