今天灣區的假日充滿了陽光,我想著要不試試看中式炒麵? 如此也可以當作周一的午餐.

1. 材料

麵( 你可以決定自己喜愛的麵)

1 青椒, 0.5 豆腐, 洋蔥, 蘿蔔, 青蔥 ( 你可以加入自己喜愛的蔬菜)

香料: 醬油,  白醋, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 美國很有名的辣椒醬, 鹽, 黑胡椒

2. 步驟

1. 準備滾燙的熱水,並放入麵,加入一匙油與鹽會使的麵條條條分明,煮到麵中間沒有麵粉,就可以熄火

2. 將豆腐用炒鍋煎至金黃色,適當加入鹽與黑胡椒

3. 將豆腐拿起後,炒鍋再放入油,放入大蒜、洋蔥、青椒、蔥段,放入2-3 匙的醬( Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 美國很流行的辣椒醬, 白醋, 醬油

4. 將麵、豆腐、蔬菜入,並加上一點青蔥,食物就大功告成了!
