It’s a bit warmer on Memorial long weekend. After watching a fantastic Robert De Niro’s movie, that’s good to try some new cuisine – butter paneer, which is one of my favorite cuisine in Indian restaurant… so… let’s start!

TIME/ DIFFICULTY/ TYPE

  • Serves: 1~2 people
  • Prep: 10M
  • Cooking: 30M
  • Difficulty: EASY
  • Type: Vegan

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Add butter and oil and then add 1 Bay leaves, garlic, chili, Ginger Garlic paste, cashew and cook for 2 mins
  2. Add onion, tomatoes and cook for around 3 mins
  3. Remove chili ( optional ) and Bay leaves, put them in the grinder
  4. Add the few butter and put the paste back
  5. Add 0.5 spoon Turmeric,1 spoon Garam Masala, 1 spoon Ground Black pepper and cook for 20 mins
  6. Add 1 spoon kasuri methi and few milk and cook for other 5 mins
