It’s a bit warmer on Memorial long weekend. After watching a fantastic Robert De Niro’s movie, that’s good to try some new cuisine – butter paneer, which is one of my favorite cuisine in Indian restaurant… so… let’s start!

INGREDIENTS:
- Turmeric
- Red Chili Powder
- Paprika
- Garam Masala
- Ginger Garlic paste
- kasuri methi
- Ground Black pepper
- Bay leaves
- Butter
- Salt
- garlic
- Paneer
- Tomatoes
- onion
- milk
- cashew
- chili
METHOD:
- Add butter and oil and then add 1 Bay leaves, garlic, chili, Ginger Garlic paste, cashew and cook for 2 mins
- Add onion, tomatoes and cook for around 3 mins
- Remove chili ( optional ) and Bay leaves, put them in the grinder
- Add the few butter and put the paste back
- Add 0.5 spoon Turmeric,1 spoon Garam Masala, 1 spoon Ground Black pepper and cook for 20 mins
- Add 1 spoon kasuri methi and few milk and cook for other 5 mins
