INGREDIENTS:
- Golden Grain Bowties (1~2 serves)
- 5 Mushroom
- 1 carrot
- Broccolini
- Tofu
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
METHOD:
- Put the Slices Tofu and stir fry with Olive Oil until golden surfaces
- Remove Tofu , and cook slices mushroom for 10 mins
- Add carrot for 10 mins and then add brocolini for 5 mins
- Add cooked Tofu and Golden Grain Bowties
- Add salt and black pepper and cook for 5 mins
