INGREDIENTS
- Rice (1~2 serves)
- 0.5 Onion
- 1 Large Tomato
- 2~3 potatoes
- Peas
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric
- Cumin Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
PREP
- Put frozen peas into the cold water to make them soft (PIC A)
- Curry Spices: Mix one spoon Turmeric、Cumin Powder、Coriander Powder、Red Chili Powder with cold water(PIC B)
METHOD
- Put Oil with 1 Spoon Cumin seeds for 1 min
- Stir Slices onion, Garlic, salt, stamping ginger with Ginger Garlic Paste for 5 mins
- Add Slices Tomatoes with Curry Spices ( please see “PREP”) for 10 mins(PIC C)
- Put slices potatoes into the pot for 20 mins with slow cook( PIC D&E)
- Put slices cauliflower and peas into the pot for 20 mins with slow cook (PIC F& G)
- Turn off the gas and put the lid on for 5 mins
