INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
Put half bowl of veggies in cold water for 10 mins
Pesto Sauce
- Toast Pine nuts with for 3-5 mins
- Combine Olive oil, pine nuts into the blender
- Combine Basil leaves( remove steam) in to the blender
- Add 1 spoon Black pepper , 1 spoon garlic powder, 1 spoon Salt and mix together
Others
- Add 1 spoon butter, 2 spoon Extra virgin olive oil and melt the butter
- Add 1 Bay Leaves, Garlic and cook for 30 sec
- Add slices onion and salt and cook for 1min
- Add spice family: 0.5 spoon Red Chili Powder, and 1 spoon each kasuri methi, Paprika
- Add slices tomatoes and frozen veggies and cook for 10 mins

Mix boiled Pasta

Add 6 spoons of pesto sauce together and slow cook for 15 mins
