Palak Paneer Cuisine is one of my favorite Indian food. And I found it’s not hard to make this at home – especially to cook for my love – Mr.GL. ❤ 

Actually it’s his first time to be mentioned on GL’s Journey. He did a lot of effort to build up my front page and make pictures more pretty(4/7). 

So… let’s see how to make this veggie cuisine. 

TIME/ DIFFICULTY/ TYPE

  • Serves: 1~2 people
  • Prep: 10M
  • Cooking: 30M
  • Difficulty: EASY
  • Type: Vegan (The good reasons of going Vegan Link)

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Spinach Sauce 

  1. Boil the hot water and turn off the fire
  2. Put Spinach into hot water for 3 minute
  3. Put Spinach into ice water for 3 minute
  4. Combine Water, Spinach into the blender

ps. Make sure to buy spinach baby leaf so it would be easy to apply the blender.

OTHERS

  1. Fry the Paneers until brown
  2. Put 1 spoon Cumin seeds , 1 Bay leaves and cook for 2 mins 
  3. Put Garlic slices and onion cook for 2 min
  4. Put Ginger Garlic Paste for 1 mins
  5. Add Spinach Sauces, Salt, Butter together for 8 mins
  6. Add Paneer with small flame for 28 mins
  7. Add Garam Masala and cook for 2 mins (Additional)

We enjoyed this great food on weekend dinner.
