Palak Paneer Cuisine is one of my favorite Indian food. And I found it’s not hard to make this at home – especially to cook for my love – Mr.GL. ❤
Actually it’s his first time to be mentioned on GL’s Journey. He did a lot of effort to build up my front page and make pictures more pretty(4/7).
So… let’s see how to make this veggie cuisine.

INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
Spinach Sauce
- Boil the hot water and turn off the fire
- Put Spinach into hot water for 3 minute
- Put Spinach into ice water for 3 minute
- Combine Water, Spinach into the blender
ps. Make sure to buy spinach baby leaf so it would be easy to apply the blender.
OTHERS
- Fry the Paneers until brown
- Put 1 spoon Cumin seeds , 1 Bay leaves and cook for 2 mins
- Put Garlic slices and onion cook for 2 min
- Put Ginger Garlic Paste for 1 mins
- Add Spinach Sauces, Salt, Butter together for 8 mins
- Add Paneer with small flame for 28 mins
- Add Garam Masala and cook for 2 mins (Additional)
