INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Potatoes
- 12 baby carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 3 spoons sugar
- 1 spoon salt
- 10 g Butter
METHOD:
Dressing
- Stir fry 2 eggs, 3 spoons sugar, 1 spoon salt for 20 secs
- Add with the 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water and 1 spoon Cornstarch for 10 mins
- Add with 10 g butter and cook for 3 mins
Others
- Boil the potatoes about 20 minutes and cut to small pieces
- Add into slices carrots, slices hard-cooked 2 eggs
- Add with Sauce( Dressing) and stir, with a few salt
- Chill overnight
- Separate the cucumber and avocado
