INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole Grain Pasta (1~2 serves)
  • 2 Big Beef Tomatoes 
  • 1 Tofu
  • 1 Garlic, 0.5 Red Onion
  • Olive Oil, Basil, Salt and Black Pepper

Method:

  1. Chop the Tofu into slices and stir fry with Olive Oil until golden surfaces ( PIC A)
  2. Peel the Big Beef Tomatoes and Chop into slices 
  3. Chop Garlic and Red Onion into slices
  4. Boil the pasta on to cook
  5. Stir in the Big Beef Tomato with Garlic, Red Onion, Tofu, pasta
  6. Add Salt and Black Pepper
  7. Stir Basil and Olive Oil in the last 1 min
