INGREDIENTS:
- Whole Grain Pasta (1~2 serves)
- 2 Big Beef Tomatoes
- 1 Tofu
- 1 Garlic, 0.5 Red Onion
- Olive Oil, Basil, Salt and Black Pepper
Method:
- Chop the Tofu into slices and stir fry with Olive Oil until golden surfaces ( PIC A)
- Peel the Big Beef Tomatoes and Chop into slices
- Chop Garlic and Red Onion into slices
- Boil the pasta on to cook
- Stir in the Big Beef Tomato with Garlic, Red Onion, Tofu, pasta
- Add Salt and Black Pepper
- Stir Basil and Olive Oil in the last 1 min
